Payment |
We use 128bit SSL to take your personal information which if safe for the transfer. Your credit card information is processed by Bank/PayPal gateway and we do not have access to it. We accept Visa/Mastercard direct payment on our site. If you want to pay by Amex or Discover, you may pay via PayPal without registration. You don't have to have a PayPal account. PayPal payment is also welcome. If you do not want to pay directly online, we also accept Visa/Mastercard over the phone.

Shipping |
Free shipping is for UPS Ground USA and Canada only with the purchase over $100(USD). Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska and some northern areas of Canada will have to ship by air. Free Shipping does not apply to those areas.
Overnight shipping is available. Please send us an email to request a shipping quote if it's not listed when you checkout.
All Canadian orders, regardless you pay in USD or CAD, will be shipped from Kitchener, ON. You will be charged GST and PST (Ontario only). You will not be charged any extra money (e.g. duties, customs fees) by the carrier since it's domestic shipping.
International orders are welcome. Please contact us by email or phone since the shipping charge may vary significantly.

Return |
If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it within 7 days after the date you receive it. You need to pay for the return postage and we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. You will have to get a RMA number before you return. Return must be in original condition and package. Missing part (including the package) and any damage will be subject to a deduction of the refund. Other situations are specified below:
- If damage is caused by the carrier, you need to take some pictures and send to us before you return. We will pay for the return shipping cost and you will get a replacement after we receive the returned item.
- If it arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) or you get the wrong item, we will reimburse your shipping cost for the return after we receive it, exchange only. If you ask for a refund, you still need to pay for the shipping cost and we will deduct the original shipping charge or the actual original shipping charge in case it's free shipping.
- Any notification we get after 7 days of receipt for any problems, they will be considered as the warranty issues which is under the terms below.

Warranty |
After 7 days of the date you receive the item, you may only return it for repair.
- All microscopes are under five(5) year warranty, free labor and parts, excluding items with a different warranty term specified in the description. Buyer needs to pay for both way shipping costs.
- All microscope accessories (USB cameras, illuminators, boom stands, etc.) are under one(1) year warranty, except those specified in the description. Buyer pays for both way shipping costs.
- Products other than microscopes and accessories have one (1) year warranty, except those specified in the description.
- No warranty on bulbs.
